Kenzi Rose Garden

The hotel is a lovely 5 star hotel, very spacious, nice rooms and a gorgeous garden, what’s even better is the separate zen garden under massive trees next to the swimming pool which has beach chairs, sitting there was so relaxing. There was a morning yoga session in that space which we really enjoyed and was much needed. There’s 2 large pools which are absolutely beautiful. The facilities were top notch. Breakfast was good. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and friendly, she treated us like we were celebrities and that special touch of being genuine in her encounter really started off the stay right.

Room, location, garden.

We had a lovely 4-night family stay in Marrakech. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to top restaurants. The three pools and beautifully maintained gardens with palm trees and Moroccan-style architecture added to the charm. The rooms were clean and functional, although a bit outdated. We appreciated the small gym, which was great for cardio and the kids' playroom, where a friendly staff member kept our kids entertained. The staff overall were polite and responsive. The only downside was that the meal prices at the hotel restaurants were overpriced, though the quality and presentation were good.

Overall the hotel was clean and tidy breakfast had many options, most of the staff are polite apart from the reception staff they seem like they can't be bothered they quite rude and really need some customer service training, apart from the night shift staff they where polite.. there was one staff called Osama he was rude and not very helpful and really needs some customer service training... apart from him the hotel is clean tidy house keeping very helpful spa was lovely and quite so you can really winddown.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the city centre (15-20 min walk), also its green territory with 2 swimming pools, palm trees, roses, etc, it looks really nice. We were waking up from birds singing each morning. There are 2 restaurants within hotel - with traditional Moroccan food and Italian restaurant. A bill for 2 was around 400MAD which is a bit less than €40. There’s also spa centre that offers different types of massages, hammam, facials, hair salon etc. Overall nice experience in this hotel, I would stay here again.
